Ice Skating

Rinks at the Aspen Recreation Center and the Aspen Ice Garden allow skaters to take a spin on the ice.

Two ice skating rinks are open to the public in downtown Aspen. The Aspen Ice Garden and the Lewis Ice Arena at the Aspen Recreation Center are right in town. Rentals are available at both rinks and you can also sign up for group and individual lessons. Every once and a while you make get the chance to catch a hokey game or watch a figure skating show. The ice rinks are a great place to throw birthday parties too. The ice skating arenas in Aspen are open year round and have fun scheduled summer and winter skating and camps.
